I was staying in the hotel and since there was a storm happening outside I decided to eat in. The place was packed to the rafters but they managed to find me a table with a view outside so I was able to watch the lightning show. It wasn't too long before I was served so I ordered a drink. It took about 30 minutes for my food to reach me which I felt was pretty good as they were busy as all hell. I went for the Wagyu Beef Burger (which came with a decent amount of chips) and had 2 pints of Heineken. It all came to about $50 which was reasonable for the amount of food I had. The burger was a decent size and delicious and the fries perfectly crispy. In fact I was so hungry I had eaten half of it so no pic if the meal thus time around (sorry!). I found the service friendly and eager to be of assistance. The layout is easy to navigate and I didn't feel rushed at all by the staff. If I stay there again I won't hesitate to eat a meal there again. As a side note, since I was staying there breakfast was included so I helped myself there in the mornings. Also very satisfying. You'll find there are plenty of options to suit whatever it is you usually have for breakfast. I should a

Ordered a large lamb salad. Got 3 tiny strips of lamb which were mostly fat and a pile of uncooked unflavoured quinoa. Paid $36 for $4 worth of food. Had to go next door to the Oporto afterwards.

A well made coffee is not a well made coffee. As the essence of the flavor is salty and bitter, the personality of the barista who knows me only determines the taste of the coffee.

I have to say that our experiences have been incredibly poor. The service is non-existent, before the Taylor Swift concert, we have had to literally walk across the restaurant and ask waiters if/when someone will come and serve us (multiple times in the same visit!). Last Saturday night we came prior to the Bon Jovi concert, we were made to wait in line to be seated. There was one staff member both processing payments and seating customers. Despite us asking other staff to help us, even offering to seat ourselves at a vacant table (we had made reservations several months in advance after all -both times) we were told no, that we had to wait in line with the other customers waiting to settle their bill. As a result it took us over 40 minutes to get seated, we had to quickly scoff down our food, missed the support act completely and didn't have time to queue for merchandise. It completely ruined the night both times.

The restaurant clearly anticipates it to be busy on concert nights, as they only offer a reduced (extremely overpriced) menu, however they clearly do not roster enough staff, or the staff poorly trained. There seems to be no management on hand to help or direct them or customers.

Very disappointed. We will be looking for a new place to eat prior to concerts and I will be actively not recommending to my friends, family and colleagues.

Expensive, overpriced, average food, lousy service,...

Being a Vegetarian I asked if I could get mixed Vegetables with a dressing does not sound exciting but it was very nice , followed by the Bread and Butter dessert. Both were the best I have ever had at a restaurant. My daughter had the Steak and then Bread and Butter dessert and she was also extremely happy with her meal too. We will come back and this is what we will order again. Perfect service from being seated to ordering and meals served to plates taken away! Thank you for a great meal and Service a really nice surprise for...
