I would give 0 stars if possible, but this is the best I can do. Went for lunch, the food was average, 2.5-3/5. The service was horrendous. We ordered cold noodles, bibimbap and a tofu stew. The cold noodles and bibimbap came out first and we had finished the two already so I told the waiter that we would like to cancel the tofu stew as we were finished eating. Bhim says alright and goes to the kitchen, a minute or so later he comes back to our table with the stew and says here you go. I told him that I already said I wanted to cancel as two people had already finished eating and he goes on about how the stew takes a long time to prepare while the noodle and bibimbap only takes 1-2 minutes. I told him I understand but we had already finished eating so we had waited long enough for our food. Bhim continues to say that it's not like we waited more than 30 minutes and asks what's the problem. Bhim's attitude and service was horrible and this experience was only saved by another waiter's interference. He told Bhim to go away and apologised in his behalf. He also said our two meals were on the house. In the end we did not receive an apology from Bhim and he made our experience a horrible one. Will never be going back, and will be telling everyone I...
Read moreWe dined here on a Sunday not knowing they charge 10% surcharge on Sunday's. A star has been taken away due to the establishments sneaky ways of operation. There is no clear sign displaying a 10% surcharge on Sunday's at the entry doorway, you only find out at the end of your meal when you go to pay at the register. The display menu at the front also doesn't tell you how much the food items are, you'll have to go inside, sit down and scan the QR code to know the price, by that time it's too late or embarrassing if you want to leave. The korean side dishes were also very underwhelming, and limited. We ordered the $269 set menu which came with everything you see in the photos to share between 4 people. They gave two dipping sauces to share between the 4 people, which I found quite stingy. The meat is high quality, but you are paying for it. The pancake was really crispy and delicious, other than that it was everything you would expect at a Korean restaurant. The customer service was average and not attentive. Overall our bill totalled $300 inclusive of 10% surcharge and take...
