Turned the lights off while I was still eating, a short horror story.
The wind whistles through North Sydney uninterrupted, for on this Easter Sunday night, hardly a human nor open establishment was to be seen.
Tossing a coin between KFC or Oporto, fate handed me Oporto, where the few lost souls found refuge.
I opted for the ‘Bondi box’, yet, I felt a world away from Sydney’s beating heart. As others braved the darkness of the night, I made my way through my box. Who knows when Easter’s next meal will come?
Suddenly, we imploded into darkness, not spiritually, from the mediocre burger, this was a physical darkness as the shop eclipsed.
Silence from staff, alone in the dark, with the scarlet glow of KFC in the distance, I escaped in the nick of time.

Wait time can be long during peak period so it's recommended you go outside peak time to get a better experience, I also find the food to be better quality outside of peak time. Staff are friendly but can be hard to understand due to language barrier. Price is reasonable for the taste.
