Oporto Birkenhead Point — Restaurant in Sydney

Stopped by this Oporto for a quick bite while shopping at Birkenhead Point outlet centre and was absolutely blown away. The chicken burger was perfectly cooked—juicy, tender, and full of flavor, with a crisp, golden coating that added the perfect crunch. It was coated with just the right amount of sauce and tied together beautifully in a soft, lightly toasted bun.

The chips were just as impressive—crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and generously seasoned. Portions were hearty and satisfying.

I went to this Oporto today to order a deal that Oporto had on there apps for members, the staff knew nothing about the offer and called a manager who was bluntly rude tried to give me her 2 cents which I did not care for. I saw her telling her staff off several times while I waited for our meal.

Another customer was also upset standing right near me must of had the same experience I guess sadly most Oportos have closed down I can see why maybe poor customer service.

I went today for lunch and the owner/manager that was not wearing her uniform but was old n grumpy was very rude. No customer service whatsoever. I love OPORTOS but this was the worst experience I’ve had. I was told that my kids meal came with apple juice and when I got it to the table I realised that it was apple n blackcurrant so I went back to let them know n the owner said to the girl (cashier) give her apple juice n get her to pay the difference!!!
