The Drop Cafe lives up to its name quite well; I really liked the unique setting and decor, which gave me the impression of a movie-inspired book café. It was a very pleasant experience, with the barista and server both providing me with excellent customer care and a beaming smile.
We ordered the chicken schnitzel and avocado smash kaak along with a chocolate milkshake and pink lemonade, however the food wasn't the best. The meal was nicely presented, but the flavour was definitely lacking. The avocado smash kaak had a lot of missing avocado, the filling was dripping everywhere and left a mess for us to clean up, and the tomato was underripe.
