I have ordered four paneer paratha (take away) I have given two paneer paratha and Two aloo paratha. Also while receiving my order I confirm that is it four paneer paratha?and staff member said yes it is.when I find out I rang and explain them, they have transferred my call to four times and in last one lady said it was extremely busy so it happened, but they have done it on purpose to keep their cost down.if you can afford then shut down your business but do not cheat.As I don't eat aloo I have throw two paratha in bin and lady on the phone didn't even offer me refund or replacement either.it's...

The customer service at this place is by far the worst I've ever encountered. I ordered a meal from Uber Eats last night, which was supposed to include 2 roti and rice according to the food description and photo. However, when the food arrived, there was no rice. I called to politely point out the mistake, but the woman on the phone rudely insisted that rice wasn't included and hung up on me. Additionally, the food quality was subpar, especially the butter chicken, which didn't taste anything like authentic butter chicken. I definitely wouldn't recommend this...
