However, we ordered Tetsuya Wakuda’s pairing which includes a cocktail and the Choux Doux, which is a pairing of braised short rib and cream potato with caviar. We were told that the restaurant was out of truffle and needed to replace with caviar, which we were fine with. Unfortunately when the food was served later we found out that they actually meant that the food pairing we ordered was no longer available since the short ribs was out of season and they have been meaning to take it off the menu, and as a result despite only getting 2 out of 3 things we ordered we still had to pay the original price of $40. We weren’t able to replace the short ribs with anything else.

Food is incredibly fresh and well presented — I really enjoyed the tuna wrap and the Wagyu 🤤 ,they were next-level — a perfect mix of texture and taste.
The whole experience felt like a journey through Japan, without leaving the city. Highly recommend give this place a try.
