I bought 2 suits from Sam. He is an absolute gem! Initially I wanted to hire one suit and buy the second (to save myself some money) but the smooth talking salesmen talked me into buying both suits and Im glad he did. One was for my engagement and then followed up with a wedding suit. He made sure that everything was sorted and the suit fit perfectly. His engagement with the customer (me) was amazing. He remembered my name, genuinely listened to my story and generally made me feel like I was the most important person in the world. I bet if I went in there now, he'd be interested in how everything went. Honestly if you need a suit, go see this guy!

Sam had some much knowledge and recommendations about what would suit me and look good on me. From shoes, to shirt, he went into all the detail. He made me feel so comfortable with my choice and me and the boys looked fantastic! Even got a pretty good deal at the time, and so got a nice suit for myself, and rentals for the guys. Everyone looked great! Thanks again Sam for all your help and will recommend you to anyone planning to get married!

Honestly. READ THIS REVIEW. There are few words one could use to legitimately honour Sam and the quality of his service. Sam is a true gentlemen, and have been shopping with him for 10 years now. My first experience hiring my year 10 formal suit has lead to a continued relationship based of mutual respect and utter commitment to an unparalleled retail suiting experience.

Sam is gifted at the work he diligently commits himself to, above else has a heart of gold and the character to match.

If I could rate this specific branch with additonal 2 Stars I would definitely do it. I went to around 10 to 12 stores around Sydney trying to find something really nice to dress up for my wedding and also for my Groomsmen, but normally they push you to buy in the moment. I can say that Sam, the manager of this Ferrari branch, gave me the Best customer service from all the stores I went to, He helped me even recommending me the best options. He even waited weeks for me to take a decision and never got tired of solving questions. He won't just sell, but he will make the things easier for you to find what actually you want because he actually enjoys his job....

My husband hired suits for himself and our groomsmen from this store and we were extremely impressed. Not only did all of our guys look handsome, but the suit quality was great and Sam was a pleasure to deal with from our very first appointment right up until suit return. Sam actually remembered my brother who was one of our groomsmen, from when he got married back in September 2019 and that says a lot, especially given the number of customers Sam deals with on a regular basis. Sam was extremely professional, sounded very experienced and there was never any push for a sale, which was a very welcomed change. Even as a woman, I had a very pleasant shopping...
