In lieu of adding to an existing poor review about the coffee I will briefly add my own. Some time ago on a Saturday morning I called into a temporary set-up run by this deli for a post gym coffee. Of the few scattered tables surrounding the counter not one had been cleared of used cups, dishes etc. After placing my order I took a seat (after clearing away the filthy debris on the table I chose). However, such a long waited ensued I returned to the counter and collected my own pastry. I was told the coffee was coming, but when it did eventually arrive it was stone cold. Not merely warm or starting to cool off ... stone cold. So once again I returned to the counter. The staff member said:
I'll put it in the microwave!" Technically, there is nothing further I need to add to this review. Anybody who even considers it appropriate to extract a shot of coffee, combine it with stretched milk, only to then:
" ... put it in the microwave!'
to raise the temperature of the drink is a clueless hayseed. Not long after this incident I mentioned what had happened to another employee. She was both horrified and disappointed. Rightfully so. I notice she no longer works there. Of course the bumpkin remains. The...

Like the polite auntie that I am, I waited patiently for the bespectacled Asian lady - who was diligently wiping away at her benches - to notice me. When after ten minutes, she was still going about her chores, I piped up and said, "excuse me". No response. Two more minutes later, a slightly louder "excuse moi" finally got a reply: "I heard you." Perhaps I should have simply stood there patiently, watching the world pass me by, and ignore the hangry cries of the newborn in my arms just so I can eventually be deemed worthy to be served. Or perhaps I could just do what I did, which was to walk way with my head held high, albeit 12 minutes poorer.
To the owner who might be reading this: your goods can be brought with money. The same cannot be said about your customer's time. If a customer has to fork out both time and money (substantially at that), the least that they should expect is a little respect, perhaps with a hearty dash of manners...

I ordered 2 pieces of cheese online on Sunday the 19th of December as I needed them for Christmas. I felt uncomfortable going in store due to the recent covid cases. I rang the store the next day and the gentleman that answered assured me that delivery only takes a couple of days.
I waited till the 23rd after no word and rang the store again. A person said he will check up on my order and get back to me "as soon as possible". Since then , I have tried to ring the store multiple times with no answer. It is now January 5th and I have not recieved or heard anything from the store. I feel if this is an 'end of year busy' thing, you should at least let the customer know that there will be delays. At the very least when told that they would get back to me 'as soon as possible', maybe not just ignore me.
Dissapointed as a first...
