It’s really hard to pick a fav!🤤 I LOVE the egg yolk buns! The pillowy soft, fluffy steamed bun is filled with a golden-yellow molten salted egg yolk custard that oozes out when bitten into. I love the fillings as it’s salty and sweet at the same time, thanks to the combination of salted egg yolk, butter, custard, milk and sugar. The sesame prawn roll is another highlight of the night! I can’t believe the sesame sprayed on top was actually fried beforehand. That’s why it has such a strong nutty aroma. The spring roll is extremely crispy, filled with at least 3-4 succulent prawns🍤 to give that satisfying crunch and textural contrast! You can also dip into the sour sauce they provide to add extra flavour. All other dimsum and dumplings🥟 , as you can see from the videos, are loaded with fillings! Definitely worth the price🤤 I also like the prawn and spinach dumpling as the grassy spinach brings out the freshness and sweetness of prawns. And ofc I have to end the night with some desserts! My pick is mango pancakes 🥭🥞 the cream inside is rich and not greasy. The plate is even cold when served, not just the pancake, so you can tell it’s such a good and refreshing dessert to cut down the greasiness of dimsum😌

It's very disappointing to come to this restaurant. The customer service is zero. Pointless to book in advance, pointless to get here on time. The female waitress has no knowledge about her job, what is "顧客為主‘’, what is customer service, what is the mission and value of the restaurant. Why I said it's "pointless" because in Australia you don't expect to be treated like the experience here. You cannot enjoy your food at the restaurant and you see a need to spend the time writing a review. People can understand how we feel. We booked a week in advanced, we came early but we were made to stand and wait and reasoning with the waiter and waitress of having a right size of table for six people. You can see others (7 people sitting at a 8 people table). You an see empty table but not allowed to use. We were given a choice to have a table for 4 or just keep waiting. After questioning and questioning, they were so reluctant to offer us a table which we asked earlier. Later on we saw that 4 person table was given to a group of 3 to use. After we placed the order with numerous of rejecting because they are out of stock at time of 6.30pm. Lastly our food arrived but was not the same as asked for. We were also told one of the order was out of stock again. The quality of food..... no comments anymore because people might think we are in the low mood so food is not good. I’ve visited this restaurant twice, and both times were incredibly disappointing due to the extremely poor service and unprofessional behavior of the staff.
During my first visit, the staff rudely threw a dirty tissue onto my plate while I was taking a break and chatting with my family. It was shocking and totally disrespectful, especially when I was in the middle of eating.
On my second visit, the service only got worse. My mum and teacher were still sitting at the table while I went to pay the bill, and the staff informed them that they were setting up for dinner and we had only 30 minutes left before they closed for lunch. They then proceeded to move us to a different table, but not before taking away our tea and tablecloth—without any explanation. When I expressed that this was unprofessional, one of the senior staff members actually told me that they didn't get paid overtime for staying past the lunch hour which is not even near. This response was not only rude but completely unacceptable.
The attitude and lack of respect for customers is honestly baffling. It’s clear that the staff is more concerned with cutting their shift short than providing a good experience. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, and I certainly won’t be coming back. There are far better options in the area where customers are treated...
