I brought my family from overseas to enjoy a nice meal out last night. While the food was lovely the service was incredibly disappointing. I arrived early, 5 minutes prior to my reservation for 5 and the host had showed me to my table. My family arrived within 5-10minutes. We understand food takes time to prepare so as soon as we sat we had gone through the menu and was ready to order within another 5 minutes and prepared to order, relax and enjoy our meals.

It was extremely disappointing to watch the wait staff ignore us repeatedly as we tried to place our order. It came to a point were even the patrons sited beside us were uncomfortable watching us trying repeatedly to get the attention of the 2 wait staff and 1 host.

There was even a table of multiple people that had arrived well after we did and sited outside who were served before they came to check on us.

At one point they walked right up to the table beside us, checked on them and than walk away as we tried to get their attention. We watched on as tables got something as simple and courteous as table water, which would have been lovely as we had waited for a while. We watched as the staff circled and served and checked on the other patrons.

The host that eventually came to check on us, actually looked uncomfortable when she released our order hadn't even been taken from when she had seen me to my table. I had to requested table water as we waited for our meals.

Its was hard not to feel like it may have been racially motivated, especially as I do enjoy dining out and have never experienced service like this. It most certainly noticeable that we were receiving the worst service and did not feel welcomed. Having read the other reviews, its saddening that my family and I did not receive the same curtesy.

We stayed as it was getting late and we just wanted to enjoy a nice meal together before my family fly's out this morning. Considering the wait time and time for the meals to be prepared and served, it was way too late to find somewhere else to go.

Genuinely...

Came here for my 13th birthday with my godmother, on Boxing Day. We ordered garlic bread ($13.50), steamed vegetables ($8.00), garlic prawns ($32.90) and a schnitzel burger served with chips ($24.90), a Coke ($6.50) and a smoothie, I think.

The food was insanely good!! The garlic bread was a little dry, but definitely full of flavour and super crunchy. Steamed veggies didn't disappoint either, and the garlic prawns (which my godmother ate) looked amazing. My highlight would definitely be the burger. The chicken was so tender and crunchy, and the lettuce tasted super fresh. The chips had just the right amount of salt and were also really crunchy, but it was a shame that I couldn't finish it all.

I didn't pay attention to the service much, but the dishes came pretty quickly for such delicious food. The waiters and waitresses were really polite as well, served the dishes with nice etiquette, and that's pretty much it.

Despite past reviews which seem pretty harsh, I'm beyond satisfied with the overall restaurant. It seems that there's been loads of improvement over the years. Although it's pretty pricey, it's worth the money for such amazing quality. Definitely coming here again!!

Update: I did come here again, and the food was amazing as usual! There was just something sharp stuck in the spaghetti that my mother was eating... We let the waiters know and they very politely took the news and apologised greatly for the inconvenience. It was rather alarming, but the food was just as good as last time, if not better. (By the way I took a bite out of the burger then realised I needed to take the picture so that's why you'll see a...

I have been here twice. 2 Stars - 1 for the desserts and 1 for one of the waitress (i don't remember but i think she's blonde?)

First Visit Order: Salt & Pepper Squid, Capricciosa Pizza and Biscoff Lotus

Second Visit: Order: New York Burger, Barramundi and Belgian Chocolate Mud Cake

FOOD: Pizza is average, wouldn't order again. The burger in a nice-looking place like this, I said we would like it medium well and the waitress said "we only cook it one way". That one way seem to be pre-made patty that were heat up in the microwave. Freshly cooked patties are normally juicy even when cooked well done. This patty was so dry I could slap people with it and there wouldn't be any juices from the patty.

The fish was okay at best.

Desserts: I would say were consistently delicious! I would honestly come back for desserts ONLY and would be a bonus if we get the same waitress.

The place is nice and the ambiance was totally ruined by the waitresses and waiters who were none stop talking. Literally a table a way and all I hear was them talking on the side and it gets loud too depending on what music is playing. Understandably they're young but the blonde waitress seemed to be able to work professionally even though they all seem to be young and she was the only one with a good customer service.

For the mains and entree, this place is definitely overpriced. Maybe should've been a...

Wow amazing place and so much fun. We celebrated my brothers birthday and I would say 2 in 3 tables had a birthday (they play loud happy birthday music and put a sparkler on top - we asked for no sparkler as we don't want to eat metal). I think they are halal or at least non-haram (so no pork and no alcohol). Ratings for each dish: Mozzarella sticks 4/5 - good, but I think store bought Kale salad 2/5 - too sweet and saucy Caesar salad 4.5/5 - chicken was a stand out, beef bacon was wierd Truffle, Halloumi and seafood pizza 5/5 for all, base is well done, pizza is just right, wouldn't change a thing on truffle and seafood, the Halloumi had a little too much mozzarella but still worked well. Half lobster pasta 4.5/5 - decent amount of lobster, sauce was nice. Scotch fillet 4.5/5 - a touch underdone (diner wanted a medium, but was more like medium rare - medium), but sauce was a bit of a let down. Lamb chops, I didn't taste this, but my brother loved it. Banana smoothie 5/5 - best I've had in ages, same with the mint mojito mocktail. Would gladly come back, servings are big and pricing is very sharp. We never felt rushed. No additional cost for cakeage, just make sure you make a reservation, as it was very busy.
