Starbucks Castle Towers — Restaurant in Sydney

I purchased a Venti iced Caramel Macchiato ($8.50 approx) and received the small size. When I brought this to the staff attention, she told me that the order and size was right and they had experienced a price increase and it was my error. I later went to another star buck (a better one, in the city) and purchased the same drink but an Grande and paid $6.50. This lead me to ask the staff member if the order was correct and she said yes, you’ve ordered a Grande Iced Caramel Macchiato. I’ve since gone back to Castle Hill Starbucks just to check the pricing (in case it really was my error) and to my annoyance, I saw the price matching to the requested size. I had a disappointing experience with one of the staff members today . I ordered my usual iced Americano at 16:32 pm with extra ice, but the lady at the counter, who is a barista and should know what an iced Americano means, gave me a shot of espresso filled with ice instead. Additionally, her attitude lacked basic manners and professionalism. This is not what I expected, and it fell far short of the quality and service thanks to the guy with curly hair for atleast apologising in that situation. I strongly suggest she receives additional barista training and a refresher on basic customer service skills(come on girl dont be rude to the people !!!) I hope this issue can be addressed to prevent it from happening...

The staff who takes my orders at Thursday 16th may morning was a Chinese boy who was not friendly at all! And he was ashamed of giving me correct instructions! i paid 20$ for a bad quality matcha coffee and avo sandwich breakfast! i asked them for large size coffee but they gave me V sized without asking me which was more expensive (8.5$) and he said we dont have any large size here while it was on menu! the quality of Matcha late was amazingly awful and sweet and the amount of used matcha was so much and strong that i couldn’t taste anything else rather than green tea!
