I always thoroughly enjoy a nice Chocolate Frappuccino with no cream, this is my exact order every time I order at a Starbucks.

I went into Town Hall Starbucks to purchase my usual Chocolate Frappuccino, and staff were extremely nice. As I vocalised my order, the lady who had been serving me put in and read out the wrong order of Coffee Frappuccino with extra cream. This being the first time I had been there, and the first time she had mistaken my order, I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Once everything had been cleared up and my order was corrected, I paid, then proceeded to wait for my beverage. As the same lady who served me at the register called my name signalling my drink was ready, I went up to receive it only to find that it had extra cream on it. I politely proclaimed that my order had been incorrect and confirmed that the cream could be scraped off of the top and I would be happy, but she insisted they make a completely new one. This, being a nice gesture, I gratefully took her up on the offer. Ten minutes later the second beverage was given to me by the same lady, but with an extremely bitter tone to her voice. This time there was no cream. I took the drink, and went through the rest of the Westfields that Starbucks is located in. As I neared the exit to Pitt Street I took the first sip of my drink only to find out that it was a Coffee Frappuccino. To say that I was disappointed is an understatement.

I believe that looking over an order twice just to assure you are producing the correct product is a good practise every workplace should demonstrate. I highly recommended this as it would increase the amount of customer satisfaction, which should be the main goal in...

I had a very bad experience with the QVB branch. I have been using this branch for over a year and buy coffee almost every day but this has never happened before. Today was not a team I had ever met before. I'm the third person in line to buy coffee. But after the first and second queues got coffee I waited so long that every new customer who arrived got their coffee except me. So I asked the staff what my order was. The staff said two minutes. But then I waited more than two minutes and all the new customers had received their coffee. So I asked why I came before but didn't get coffee. I've been waiting for a long time Employees showing dissatisfaction What do I order? I replied that I ordered an iced cappuccino. The staff asked me what milk, I said normal milk, he asked me again what milk, I said normal milk, and he asked me again with a displeased tone and expression because I said normal milk. So I say Full Cream milk. Staffs showing dissatisfied faces and stretched me out by smiling at each other when I said normal milk The staff made me coffee with a disgruntled look. Loud noises, forceful shoving, and shoving coffee at me with no manners. Why am I being treated unfairly and racism ? Or...

I need to place a bad review for the barista that serves me today 14/02/2023. She looks like a Korean (pardoned me if I’m wrong) with tight hair on the back. She is very loud and rude. I have online order pickup to this store every day as this store is the closest one from my way to work. In the online system there’s no way to place extra whipped cream so one day I asked one of the staff about it and she said I can just add a note on it, so I did couple time ask whipped cream on my online order and they served me so well. But Just now as usual I placed an online order but this time I use my reward, so I ordered a venti size caramel macchiato with add on whipped cream which is usually also free every time I want to claimed my free rewards. But this time the barista shout out my name couple time and told me to pay 50 cent which I don’t mind but I need an explanation why do I need to pay for my free reward which is usually I got it for free. Also please add the whipped cream on the add on extra in the app. I give you one star reviews out of my embarrassment as she keep shouting “you need to be...

I visited this store during 4pm and there was a slight line but no major wait. The lady serving my friend and I was nice and took our order quickly. We waited for a few minutes for our drinks and pastries. The lady who made our drinks was super friendly and apologised for the wait time but it was honestly not even long. The tables inside are a small for two people, but for drinks only it would be okay. I got the acai lemonade fresher and it was really good. Subtle taste of the strawberry with a slight soda taste. My friend ordered the matcha espresso and personally it wasn't too bad - my friend enjoyed it though. The best part was our pastries. The almond croissant was only $2.30 and it was absolutely delightful. I would definitely order it again. Overall, the experience was pleasant and I will be back.

I recently bought an iced matcha drink from your store and paid $8.50, which I was happy to spend for a quality beverage. However, I was really disappointed to find that the cup was filled mostly with ice, leaving barely any actual matcha. Please see the attached photo as reference. I understand drinks come with ice, but this felt excessive and didn’t match the value I expected. It would be great customer service if I could receive a credit or a complimentary matcha on my next visit to make up for this experience.
