It was my first visit to this Subway restaurant today, and it seemed to be about what one would expect. The location is quite convenient, at least during the afternoon, as I was easily able to find street parking right outside and leisurely stroll over to the serving counter. I was dismayed to find some of my favourites (seafood, thousand island sauce) have disappeared from the menu, but I guess it's to be expected because I seldom eat at Subway anymore. The tuna looked very delicious so I ordered that. The staff member offered a great suggestion at an alternative sauce (chipotle). The sub was constructed reasonably well, much better than some I've had in the past, but not the best. The ingredients seemed nice and fresh, and just to mention again that the tuna looked amazing by my own standard. I will say that it all tasted very nice! Since I enjoyed this sub so much I will probably end up buying more...
Read moreI am BEYOND angry with Subway today! I ordered TWO FOOTLONG subs on the mobile app, giving them plenty of time to prepare before I arrived. But when I got there, the staff HADN’T EVEN STARTED MAKING THEM!
Instead of apologizing or rushing to fix their mistake, they made me stand in line and wait like a regular customer—completely defeating the purpose of mobile ordering! This is pure laziness and terrible management.
Why offer an app if you’re just going to ignore orders? You wasted my time, ruined my meal plans, and showed ZERO respect for customers. Never coming back—this location doesn’t deserve business.

Read moreThe sandwich makers at Subway who claimed to be their Manager had no regard for customer service,especially when we walked in with our Groupon Veggie platter voucher. At 6.05 pm they were out of bread and only have wraps and kept insisting we should have called and booked in advance. According to the voucher - no booking required, present voucher upon arrival etc. When I explained this to the sandwich maker, he replied that Groupon can print anything they want its not from them. I have been a loyal Subway customers for over a decade and this person ruined it wholly. Worst Subway I have been to, I will never return to...
