Thailicious — Restaurant in Sydney

Thailicious and Urban Thai are like two Thai behemoths competing for my Menulog order - and Thailicious is winning these days. Who uses menulog you ask? Me, but only when I’m picking up from these locals. Why is Thailicious winning? Because the food is on point. I judge a Thai place by its Beef Massaman, and the tender beef and delicious and ample sauce here says it all. Duck pancakes are also really good, and the Penang and Pad Thai are tasty, all for very very good prices! So it’s an all-round good bet for a night in. Outstanding customer service. Ordered through Uber Eats and unfortunately the staff member wrote down the wrong order, I received the wrong dish.

I called up the restaurant to confirm, they realised the mistake and they ended up cooking me a new dish as per my original order and their staff personally delivered it to my home.

In the end, food was delicious, portions were great and their customer service is some of the best I've had in recent times....

Our go to Thai place in Waterloo / Surry Hills, we get home delivery from these guys at least once a week and usually more. Portion sizes are good and food is super tasty.
