I had the pleasure of dining at Tinhorn Cafe in Sydney, and I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish. This small cafe boasts an impressive array of desserts and coffee options, making it a perfect spot for a satisfying breakfast or a quick pick-me-up.

For my meal, I decided to try the Tinhorn Breakfast, a classic breakfast dish that included hashbrowns, sourdough toast, eggs, sausage, and bacon. To add some freshness to the plate, it came with a side salad of mushroom, kale, and tomato. The Tinhorn Breakfast was a true winner in my book. The eggs were perfectly cooked, with a lovely runny yolk that added a rich, creamy texture to each bite. The sausage and bacon were crispy and flavorful, providing a delightful contrast to the soft eggs. The hashbrowns were golden and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, a testament to the kitchen's skill. The salad was a fresh and healthy touch that balanced out the heartier elements of the dish.

Next up was the Tinhorn Chicken Burger, which was a juicy and flavorful delight. The chicken patty was well-seasoned and cooked to perfection, nestled within a soft, fresh bun. The burger came with a side of chips that were crispy and satisfying. It was clear that the chef paid attention to every detail, ensuring that the flavors and textures were spot on.

To complement my meal, I ordered a cappuccino and a mocha, and both were exceptional. The coffee was rich, aromatic, and served at the perfect temperature. It was evident that the cafe takes pride in their coffee offerings, and it showed in the quality of these beverages.

The ambiance of Tinhorn Cafe is cozy and inviting, with a clean and well-maintained interior. The staff members were attentive and friendly, which added to the overall positive experience. The location of the cafe near the station is convenient, making it a great choice for a quick bite or a leisurely meal before or after a commute.

In summary, my visit to Tinhorn Cafe was a delightful culinary experience. The food was outstanding, the coffee was top-notch, the ambiance was pleasant, and the service exceeded my expectations. If you're in the Sydnam area and looking for a great cafe with a diverse menu that includes breakfast options, desserts, and coffee, Tinhorn Cafe is a fantastic choice. I highly recommend it for a positive and satisfying...

I used to visit this cafe often when i lived in the area. since moving out of the area i havnt been there much. This morning i decided why not. I was running alittle late to work but still had enough time to pop in for a haloumi and egg roll and almond piccolo . Tinhorn have great staff!!!!! There friendly, talkative and plesent. There coffee is outstanding and there rolls are tasty :) I try to visit this cafe even if it is out of my way to support this business because this coffee shop cant go away. Even if its a little further to walk or a little out of the way to drive. i would recomend giving it ago. you wont regret it. There dine in menu also is kind cool and alittle different!!! Ive had most things...

I’ve been coming to The Tinhorn a handful of times over the past several months. Good price/quality ratio and cosy, it has a few things that resonated positively with me. Coffee temperature: perfect. You get it and you can sip it straight away, no burning mouth danger! Staff is consistently the same: in a volatile and sometimes stressful industry as hospitality, having staff staying is a signal that the workplace is good. They’re fast. As in fast. And they smile, genuinely. If you get off at Sydenham station and you’re looking for a coffee, give these guys a go. You won’t be disappointed. Pictures? I was too keen to drink my...

A casual place for both working class and family. Top recommend Veggie roll for Vegans and non-Vegans. Mushrooms were cooking in the right temperature, bring out all the juicy while kept their colour and flavor. Same as to the Kale. Source, salt, veggies were matched and blended very well. Best sandwich I ever had. Pan roast broccoli is another dish I had. Average.

Lovely food, great value for $, the pancakes looked pretty special and staff were very quick. I was particularly impressed the bathroom was set up for baby changing as I brought my 6 week old. A lot of cafes don’t have this. They could make the decor and seating a bit more inviting and comfortable but room for improvement is always a positive ☺️
