What. A. Joke. If I could give zero stars I would. The service I received tonight was beyond a joke. I ordered dinner over the phone and requested to pay when it was delivered. I waited forty minutes and called just to see the progress. The fool on the phone was unable to find the order I made, even though he was the one who made the order. When I started to get snippy he miraculously found the order and confirmed the delivery would arrive soon. When it finally arrive after an hour the poor driver paused and went "you haven't paid yet have you" no because I asked to pay on delivery. He was not provided a EFTPOS machine to take my card. He then had to call his boss who was boarder line abusive over the phone to the poor delivery driver who was arguing the point that no my card would not be able to be taken over the phone. I asked politely if I could take the food inside to my family who were waiting, the driver then said no worries and passed it to me, he was then abused over the phone by his boss. I heard the boss yelling and went no I'm not dealing with this, I demanded to speak to him, he said no to the driver, told the driver he couldn't accept any form of payment unless it was cash and DEMANDED cash. I ordered a meal deal offer code through the phone. A guy that had an Indian accent answered. I told him I was ordering with a voucher code. Which I had to mention more than once, as he tried charging me more than what it was worth. Twice. Even when I told him what the code was and how much the 2 Large Traditional Pizzas + 2 Sides deal was actually worth with the code. That was when he started to have an attitude as I told him he was wrong, and what the actual price was. Eventually, he looked it up due to my persistence. He than realised that I was right, but didn’t apologise for his mistake.
