I had a home delivery of 2 Gnocchi dishes which were lovely and a half and half pizza. I received the order early which was good. WELL the pizza was a different matter. The driver gave me the pizza which I started eating, I mentioned to my guests I didnt know what the hell this pizza was but it was not what I ordered! 10 minutes later the driver rings me and tells me he gave me the wrong pizza ( meat lovers). I went out to see him. Disgustingly he asked me to replace the missing slice of meat lovers pizza which I had started eating with a slice of my Alpina pizza!! He was quite happy for me to use my hands and manhandle a slice and stick it in the meat lovers pizza and he was going to deliver to the customer!!!!!!!!!!! I did put a slice of mine into the customers and told the driver this is so unhygienic and wrong and that if this is what Enzos is about I would never order again. This driver has no food handling clues and was just worried about getting in trouble with his boss. He clearly needs to fired or retrained!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM ENZOS. Edit: 14/9/22. Have to drop the rating. Second order in a row messed up. This one just didn't come. I rang an hour after it was supposed to come; they'd forgotten it. Either I'm having really, really bad luck or they have new staff there who are not good at what they do. Guess I'll try some other places for delivered food or... cook at home.

"All's well that Enzo's well". I just wanted to leave a thankyou and review. Last week I ordered a delivery pizza and it ended up being an hour late. I left a review on the zwift platform, that their orders go through and the next day Enzo's contacted me to apologise and give me a freebie. It shows that they really care about their customers and are listening to what people say.
