The Pantry — Restaurant in Victoria

The " AMAZING RIBS" we're boiled ribs with a slight drizzle of BBQ sauce. When asked to substitute the slaw for broccoli, they reheated the afternoon's leftover power salad, which meant I got mushy broccoli and shriveled soggy green beans. The lamb cutlets were bricks and lacked any flavour whatsoever. I unfortunately decided to try their dessert and the Nutella cheesecake - was so terrible- the nuts were soggy, the chocolate top was of terrible quality (like stale home brand melted chocolate), and the cheesecake itself was clumpy and didn't even taste like it had any cream cheese whatsoever, and to top it all off, there has a huge strand of hair in the cake.Their prices are undeservingly inflated for such poor food ($35 ribs, $42 lamb) and they never apologise or make up for any of the service issues or upon providing them feedback on such terrible service. Definitely won't be eating any...

Every Friday my team and I go here for lunch and can’t wait to come back! I get the beef burger every time and it never disappoints. The staff are SO friendly and genuinely care for each and every customer that walks in the door. They even remember my coffee order and always deliver aioli and BBQ sauce with my chips (I forget to ask every time!)
