Had my phone snatched out of hands when I returned and asked for the free meal I offered. I asked for Terry to return with my phone and talk to me over the counter. He slamed my phone down on the counter and stormed off. Keep your terrible food and horrible service. Won't ever go back.

Owners reply is incorrect. Was never asked to view my phone it was snatched out of my hand. Would it matter whether it was 3 weeks or 3 months. I shouldn't have to alert you. You should have a system in place for such events, as it seems to be a common occurrence for you. Yes I got upset, you walked away from me, while I was trying to order food and drinks. Asked what size the porterhouse was, was told between 350-400 grams, came out closer to a 150 gram porterhouse and even that was wrong (ordered blu received well done) then was looked at like I'd slapped the server in the face when I asked for my steak to be cooked like I asked for the 38 dollars I spent. Everyone else had finished there food before my food came out the first time, took ages to come out the second. Then as leaving saw the chef eating my first steak in the middle of the restaurant. Felt sick almost straight away after the milkshake I received (milk delivery came in during our meal, presume our milkshakes were made with the dregs as me and another companion both had food poisoning and were the only ones with milkshakes) the servers slammed drinks down on our table and didn't have manners. Probably one of the worst breakfast experiences I've ever had. I ordered scrambled eggs on toast with hash browns and what I received was inedible. The eggs were watery, tasteless and seemed like they had been cooked days before and reheated. Not to mention the cheap tasteless Coles wholemeal bread it was served with. Even the hashbrowns were gross, made with rancid oil and dark spots in the middle. You can't charge those kinds of prices for inedible food. We provided feedback about our food and we were only offered a replacement meal rather than a refund. The scary thing is the waitress didn't even look surprised by our feedback! Very very disappointing spending close to $65 for breakfast for two people that was inedible and then matched with poor customer service.
