We ordered for delivery a few days ago. Part of our order was Pasta was Mac and cheese with bacon. We received Mac and cheese without bacon. We called the store and the employee that answered was only offering store credit. We don’t want store credit. We want what we ordered. We were told that we would have to wait to get a replacement of what was ordered and the wait was going to be an hour?! Seriously!
So we said fine we want a refund of just the pasta. Team member spoke to the manager and then came back with “we have a refund limit” and refused to give us a refund. We requested to talk to the manager. “The manager said she’s busy. Call back in an hour”. Are you for real?! Your job as the manager is conflict resolution! This is not professional at all!
But we wait about an hour anyways and call back again for a resolution for the mistake that was made. Same responses. So we request the manager again. “She’s busy because we have no one else to make the pizza so she’s the only one making it”.
We waited for an hour as was requested by us to speak to her and we get the same response! At this stage I don’t care that there’s no one else to make the pizza’s. Your incompetence to hire adequate staff and cross train them is not MY problem! What IS my problem is that we didn’t get what we paid for and you as the manager refused to help us when all we wanted was a resolution!
We have contacted Dominos head office about the manager being ‘too busy’ to do her job and resolve the issue at hand.
After this third mistake in a row from them we don’t want to order from Mandurah again because we’re only paying for...
Read moreWhat happened last night was an absolute joke that's not even funny. Tried ordering last night and it says delivery will take 1 hour, but once we confirmed and ordered it, the time then changed to 2 hours. Everyone was upset but agreed to wait for the pizza since we had not choice because they won't even answer their phone for us to tell them to cancel the order. Once 2 hours of waiting has passed and the pizza is still not being cooked, we tried calling and still no answer. It took 3 whole hours for them to finally deliver the food. Our guest has left and everyone decided to eat something else.
I did some checking to find out what's happening and apparently there's an event happening and it's customer appreciation day or something. Well, we didn't feel appreciated at all. If it's going to be so busy, why even accept online orders? Why not cancel it if it's going to take over 2 hours. Completely unprofessional.
I did hear from someone that if we call the store today, all they could do is give you a free pizza, not even a refund like we originally wanted to do. Why even bother, when we won't be ordering from this establishment ever again. Give us 10 free pizzas and we still...

Went in and ordered dinner for myself and my family, It was the first time in six weeks that we had been able to afford a treat like that. Ordered two large pizzas and two pizza dogs, me and my partner both specifically saying deep pan. Well, we ended up with two pizzas On complete opposite sides of the thickness spectrum. Now I’m not going to lie they did offer to remake it, but we had kids with us who were hungry so waiting around for them to remake my order wasn’t an option.
Never once have I ever ordered a thin pizza. I’m very aware that they are an item on the menu (I worked for dominos at the age of 14), but I don’t know anyone who has ordered one before, nor did I realise that there are actually people voluntarily choose thin and crispy pizzas.
I thought, bugger it, I’m hungry now, so I ate the whole thing and now I only feel like I’ve had 2 pieces of a deep pan pizza.
Honestly dominos mandurah, I’m more disappointed/hungry then what I am angry/hungry. Your staff need to be trained a bit better on communication skills.
For reference, my order was paid for at 6:04pm on 12/11/24. I...
