Grill'd Mandurah — Restaurant in Western Australia

Came in this week and it’s left me baffled. The managers need to really improve and re align there values. I waited 25 minutes for a basic cheeseburger and chips. Why? Well when I went to take a look and ask why it was taking so long I was left standing there at the till because the ladies on were just talking to themselves loudly and inappropriately. We do not need to hear about the life’s you guys have with your partners in bed. I came for my food.

The host was rude. Tall blonde man, he spoke down to me and ignored all of my dietary inquires and laughed at me when I told him about my allergies prior to ordering. It’s not like my allergies are out of the ordinary (a milk allergy and an onion allergy). He needs to invest in personal hygiene if I do say so myself as his body odour stunk out the dining room when he was pacing around doing nothing. When I finally got my order he tried to snatch it out of my hands without asking if I was finished, and let me tell you… I was not.

The restaurant was disgusting, your staff were miserable and the food was cold and stale. I hope your staff members get paid near to nothing as that’s what their service was worth when I came to visit. Id also love for you guys to restate the values im sure you guys have as any business does because it seems your managers are having inappropriate relationships with eachother and it has effected my experience.

Stopped in here because the food smelled good, the wafts of the grill... how can you go wrong, WRONG Ordered two different types of chicken salad, can't be hard? First the ordering app wasn't working, asked for help, girl said there was a "glitch". Ordered food, people come eat go etc, we still waiting. Ask girl again, Told there was "glitch" food had been sitting as a takeaway. Told fresh salads will be made & come out, food obviously gets tipped in bowls (takes 2 minutes) SALAD 1. Looks good.ish. tastes ok but missing some ingredients SALAD 2. Clearly dropped on floor, tossed off cliff, regurgitated & put in bowl 🤮 Looks disgusting, missing ALL ingredients except 4 pieces lettuce & 3 strip's chicken 🐔 few springs onion Maybe someone's leftovers??? NO cutlery available

We used to be very loyal customers of Grill’d Mandurah, but may possibly have ordered our last meal from them. A while ago I ordered online for pickup and was promised a 6min “ready for pickup” time which turned into about 40 min. Nonetheless, we decided to give them another chance and ordered online for delivery via Menulog tonight. The order was placed at 6h46pm with a promised delivery time of 7h24 - we are 10min away. As 7h24 approached my wife got notifications that the driver was waiting at Grill’d. Then the promised delivery time unexpectedly changed to between 08h00 and 08h20, not just an unacceptable waiting time for us, but also wasting the Uber driver’s precious time, taking income away from them. The food eventually arrived at 8h03pm. My own burger patty was clearly burned on the outside, and upon eating it quite dry and barely edible - certainly not the scrumptous and juicy burger you would expect to normally get from Grill’d. My wife’s 2x sliders were completely dry and totally inedible - a few bites actually made her feel sick.
