Two of us ordered a harvest bowl on 29th Oct and when I questioned the portion size of the chicken, I was told it goes by amount of pieces. I showed the waitress the size is was online and said there was a clear size discrepancy and that I was not happy paying $5 for something half the size. She just reiterated that it goes by number of pieces, and that's how they come. Wasn't thrilled that she offered no empathy, and loudly relayed the conversation to the other kitchen staff. As a group, we come here regularly. But the overpriced meals for the stingy amounts of chicken is really embarrassing. We also noticed that their normal suggestion of us to rate them online, where they provide us with a QR code did not happen tonight.
Nandos - are you honestly saying this meal is worth $19!? Is this really $5 worth of chicken?

We ended up half way around the city, finally landing at the restaurant we didn't intend on, I. E. Morley. But the experience when we got there was incredibly polite, kind, helpful and most importantly understanding. The Morley team were everything you want and more in a hospitality experience. Something all too uncommon in fast foods in this day and age. We're so grateful to them and the whole experience whilst there completely overshadowed the frustration we were feeling right before getting there. Thank you Morley team for turning around a horrid experience with such tremendous customer service and genuine warmth. Read moreDisgusting customer service😡 went for a lunch around 4:40 and odered meal with whole chicken. When Oder arrived to our table they gave us all leftover wings with one drumtick. When we went to the counter to say that, instead of whole chiken we got three wings and one drumstick. In reply the stuff just smiled and said we gave you all we had (ran out of chicken). When I said you should have told this when you took our order, he just left the conversation and sent a girl to talk to us. Girl said we will fix it and after 15min the same guy came to us with 1 piece of leg and still no talk or apologies for what happened. I would highly recommend the management to have a look into the cctv recording of what happened and at least teach that person some manners of dealing with customers.
