I had a similar experience as per another review. The male customer service assistant was very rude and impatient. It wasn't busy and I just couldn't understand why he was so rude. He shouted at me for my order and before I could even reply he had gone on to serve someone else who had just walked up to the counter.. then whilst my payment was going through he went on to serve the man who had just arrived .. no other customers around.. and after my payment was approved I looked up to look for my order and he rudely tapped on the box with my food in it to let me know that was my order without speaking a word to me. He didn't even let me know where he'd put my food and I didn't realise that the packaging had changed so I was looking for a paper bag. I just found this completely unacceptable. It was really a bad experience as a uber driver while after accepting order from your restaurant. I got an order at 11 pm at night. AND I had to cover 10kms to go to your location and it was at so high elevation. After covering this difficult journey I came to know that restaurant is closed when I talked to nearby restaurant they said it had happened many many times before and drivers keep returning. This is very unprofessional of you that you people are wasting time, efforts and money of struggling drivers. Its such a shame. I even tried to call your restaurant just now but nobody responded. Just got some sushi rolls and experienced horrible customer service. Happened at around 12.30pm 28/02/2021. While ordering my wife was still deciding what to get and the guy serving is let out the biggest sigh and shook his head because she was taking too long. I called him out and asked if he just sighed because she was taking too long, and all of a sudden he didn't speak or understand english anymore. However after this his tune changed and got very friendly and spoke perfect english. Would not get anything from here ever again. Dont support business with useless employees like that. 0...
