The absolut BEST sushi place in Graz, maybe even Austria. I have been to Japan and this place can definitely keep up with the quality and care that Japanese sushi is made with. The ingredients are amazing and fresh and I would eat anything from their menu. The karage is amazing as well. I absolutely love the dragon roll, the rio roll (very fresh and tasty) or the rock shrimp roll if you love tempura and shrimp or even the crunchy roll (also lots of tempura there- super yummy). It is a bit expensive however definitely worth it. If you have something to celebrate or if you are visiting Graz you simply have to try it!! I used to not like Sushi and till this day I al very picky, but this place is amazing. Also lots of great drinks and Japanese beverages. It is rather small so make sure to reserve a table. I hope you have a lovely experience if you do...
Read moreIf you’ve had proper sushi you’ll find this place average. Way overpriced for what it serves! 18 Euros for a sushi roll. We spent 45 euros for 2 rolls, 1 chicken bao and 1 tea. I left the restaurant unsatisfied and still a little hungry. Be prepared to spend at least 40 Euros if you want to leave this restaurant full.
The server offered fresh Wasabi and I thought alright, this place may be legit but it turns out you have to pay 5 Euros for a portion of fresh wasabi! What a joke! Never ever have I heard of paying for Wasabj at a sushi restaurant! While they served regular wasabi for free why do you excite your customers with quality ingredient when it’s not part of the meal?? It just made me upset!
Nice atmosphere but lower than average food quality. Prices were ridiculous! 5...
Read moreThe restaurant, service, staff, ambience was really nice but not their Shushi/sashimi/nigiri🙈
We came here because of how highly rated this place was but we weren’t impressed with the sushi at all. We took the 2x 45€ person set menu so that we could try their chef specials. Majority of the fish was tuna which wasn’t tasty at all, and we kept getting it in different settings. Tuna generally is extremely tasty specially with all the fat. But this one lacked flavor.
All other fish sushi’s, sashimi, nigiri, weren’t impressive.
One of the dishes we had was a baked rice or hot rice sushi which was barely edible.
With two drinks, our bill was around ~115 €. We were certainly full as the quantity was good. But we weren’t impressed one bit with the quality and taste...
