360° Cafe — Restaurant in Innsbruck

Have been at the Bar on Wednesday. The waitress is super nice and very friendly. It was the chef that ruined our evening. Here's why: We went to the bar to celebrate the birthday of a friend. At midnight all of us drank a glass of champagne (after consuming many drinks beforehand) and decided to eat our homemade cake, to make that evening even more special. After asking the staff for some forks and plates the chef intervened and asked us to pay 2,50€ per person for the plates and cutlery. WHAT A JOKE? We consumed drinks for approx. 150€ and he wants to charge us 2,50€ per person to eat a cake for a friend's birthday? Couldn't he at least have told us that beforehand? I have never experienced a bar like that! Normally you get free shots, a discount or at least a birthday wish, if you celebrate a birthday at a bar. But not here! So if you want to celebrate something, go somewhere else! PS: Beforehand there were even problems with the reservation, due to miscommunication by the chef. I will never go...

I’m really sorry to give a one-star to a spot, however my husband’s and my experience here on 9/13/19 was the worst service experience we’ve ever had (and we travel and dine out a lot). The story: We were given the wrong receipt for double the cost of drinks and noticed after we paid in cash. We politely and calmly tried to explain to the bartender what happened so we could get the correct check, but the bartender was not interested in hearing what we had to say and ended up THROWING CHANGE DIRECTLY AT US while yelling at us just moments after we tried to explain, which as someone who has worked in the service industry, I was absolutely shocked and appalled by. Wow. The bar wasn’t busy at all so I really don’t know what the guy’s problem was.

If you’re a traveler not fluent in German, please beware of this place, and double check your bill...

I live in Innsbruck and have been at this place a couple of times, the prices are high but the view is very pretty. Last time I went there we were 3 people, but one of us didn’t want to order a drink, just two people ordered two very expensive Hugo drinks, which was not the problem at all. All things good until I wanted to pay and the bartender (who also rolled his eyes at us when we asked for a menu) pointed out very loud so everyone could hear, in a rude tone, that we are three people and order only 2 drinks and that makes him “very happy”. He was plain and unnecessarily rude and it was nowhere mentioned that we need to spend a certain amount of money or buy a certain amount of drinks when we go there.
