Discovered by chance for Xmas 2009, the only restaurant opened at this time of the year, our favourite Thai, in reality Asian not really Thai, restaurant in the entire area. Same unchanged quality in 2018 without any interruption. Please note that, like in all Asian restaurants in Austria, you will not find the original Thai / Asian taste here as food is adapted for local consumers taste not used to real spicy food unless signing a clearance document to avoid being sued.
Please, don't tell anyone else, some think it's a tourists trap (???), others say it's too busy (which is true), others don't like the service (always great and efficient), others say it's too expensive for dinner (did they really check around for comparable food??? yes the Imbiss around the corner is cheaper but are we talking about the same "thing"? in fact, reading all reviews, no one was able to give just one realistic alternative in the neighborhood, proposition from Teppan Wok in Bürgerstraße is very different), so funny ☺

Read moreIf I could give them less than 1 star I would. Extremely terrible behaviour and no it is not a language barrier it’s a behavioural pattern given it happened as soon as the Resturent opened. Was seated by the stairs to the washroom with heater on. Asked if we could please be seated somewhere else and the reply was do whatever you like don’t like where I seat you - Go to our neighbour if you like!?! The Asian worker beside him was stunned and so were we. Not sure if he is in his pms or midlife crisis but his behaviour was absolutely unacceptable. If I could upload a video of the incident I would given how dumbfounded I was. Apart from his rudeness ambiance was surprisingly loud and food was Ok would not recommend this place. It felt more like a token Thai place which is the only one of existence in Innsbruck. Try the little Korean place down the block with the sweet couple serving and cooking or the Chinese outside of old town for better experience for the same price. Sadly was really looking forward to eating here and extremely...
Read moreSaw this restaurant yesterday, decided to have lunch here today. I have never seen something like this. Unfriendly service and food can not be called Asian let alone Thai. Ordered a Tom Kha Kai, this tasted like coconut milk with sugar and salt with one mushroom and two pieces of chicken in there. For my main course I ordered a Pad Thai Kai, wrong noodles, greasy and salty. Overall, no yum in either of the two dishes. Service was not there I first received my soup and after 30 seconds my main dish. Asked the runner to keep my main dish warm, he took it back to have the waiter come back with it within a minute, looking all surprised that I did not want my main and starter together. Saw this same thing happening at the tables around me. Drinks from other tables were randomly being...
