Horrific restaurant with diabolical hygiene standards - we had a mouse run through the restaurant midway through our meal and when we complained to the staff they said it was normal and they couldn’t do anything about it. Claimed that their kitchen had mousetraps but after all there is no way to make sure and we wouldn’t trust the staff anyways given the terrible service we received. Owner started playing music extremely loudly 5 minutes after we had placed our order and when we asked him to lower it he said the restaurant ‘turns into a nightclub’ on Friday nights at 730pm. We were one of three groups there. There was no one being attracted by such loud music. No one came in while the owner was playing the music. Overall extremely unpleasant and please stay away. We had a table outside, one of the last ones, closest to the main entrance. The table was in draught and we were cold. We went for lunch and the place was very busy, absolutely packed. We had to wait a lot for getting a menu, even though we told them inside where we sat down and they were ok with it. We took a menu for ourselves at the end. We had to wait a lot for our order, we only ordered 3 main courses, and only 2 came to the table. We started eating because they said the 3rd food is on its way, but we finished our food by the time the 3rd meal arrived. We felt really bad for our friend. Big difference between service during the day and night. The serving staff during the day was very helpful and polite so decided to come back at night for a drink and a meal. Huge mistake! There were 3 serving staff at night, and all 3 looked like they would rather be anywhere else than here. Had to wait for 20 mins for one of them to just look up and bring us a menu. And each time we asked for something, we were dismissively told that it is not available. This includes food at 8:35 pm, even though their menu clear states that they serve food till 9 pm.
