Best breakfast we had in our entire road trip. Luckily we were driving through Innsbruck twice and of course we had to come in both times for breakfast. If you’re looking for more than the traditional European breakfast definitely come here! The staff were very friendly and we were lucky to get a table the first day as many had made reservations. If you don’t have a reservation come in as soon as they open and hopefully they can fit you in depending on the day! The next day we arrived at 7:30 which is what Google says they open but that is just the time they come in to setup and start cooking. They were so nice to let us hang out until 8:00 when they offered food. Cappuccinos were delicious and highly recommend. Actually everything we ate we would highly recommend! I had First Sweet Them Salty for a good mix of things. It was all so good! The cinnamon sugar waffle is on a stick and I chose the quark-apricot-sliced almond spread. Yummy! This was also our first time having elderflower juice. It’s a clear liquid with some carbonation and slightly sweet. We enjoyed it. My husband had the Arabic Omelet and added ham. He loved it! The second morning I chose the Testa Rossa. Very similar to the Forst Sweet Them Salty but included and extra slice of ham and cheese and a bread basket. The bread was delicious and very warm as it was freshly baked! The interior is not large but has plenty of seating. There is also outside seating for nice days. Parking is either on the street or the garage underneath which leads you right out to the front of the restaurant.

I walked inside at 7:30 because Google said they open at that time. They told me they don't open until 7:45, but allowed me to wait inside. I opted to look at the Landes Thester posters outside instead. I returned at 7:45 and to be greeted by another staff member. This time I was told they open at 8:00. No big deal; thresh were nice about it. I politely let them know Google had it listed for 7:30. I ordered the Get Ready for the Mountains and decided to do without coffee today. The meal comes with elderflower juice to drink and that's pretty tasty. The meal arrived after 25 minutes. Took longer than expected considering only three customers at the time. I think there was only one cook. The food arrived hot, which is always good. The bread was a bit overdone and larger than expected, but easy to eat. I was mostly satisfied with the food. The restaurant, overall is a little small. They have provided some stools at the bar and window-bar, but it feels like trying to force too many people in at once. The kitchen is open (like Waffle House) so you can watch them work if you're feeling freaky. The location is a bit south of everything, but not too far. Only a 5 minute walk. It's also on the way to the HBF if you don't want to eat there. Just walk towards the arch and it's right before you turn left towards OBB/HBF. I would go back again to try another order.

Bah soooo sad 😭😭😭 2 star to not be savage with 1... I'd searched options and specifically went to them because they had separate vegan menu and usually that means they have good or well thought options... No... It's a plate of cucumbers with some beans. I ordered extra beans at distain when a pitiful portion arrived and was charged the extra. I travelled 105 countries never has any culture charged extra for a portion complaint. Look at the photo and imagine being plausibly served this in a hiking town as kick start food... Or any town frankly as a chargeable breakfast. The orange is carton orange not fresh. You 100% cannot do this as a working lunch option I came a quiet Monday 5 staff on working remote over covid. I tried to go to the bar for service but was told to wait and in 2 mins they come. Wait was 20. Wait after that was 15 for the carton orange. Just 5 after for the cucumbers. No way with a little walk to make it in a lunch hour. Something positive? All I can stretch for is the spread has a cinnamon accent that's different 🤷‍♀️ €12

Let's start with the positive: The waitress was friendly when she finally did come to take our order. Gluten-free bread is available. Atmosphere is modern and bright.

Overall, though, this wasn't a great experience. Staff consists entirely of very, very young students who, during our visit, were much more invested in giggling and gossiping than working - one of the employees enjoyed a relaxing neck massage from her boyfriend while we were there. Meanwhile we sat down at a table, expecting the previous customers' dirty dishes to be cleared soon. Several staff members noted our presence but nobody bothered to take our order or clear the table. We eventually had to flag down the waitress who was friendly enough.

I asked for gluten-free bread which was luckily available. However, I had to remind the server not to put the spread that came with the meal into the little waffle cups it seemed to generally come in. She did not know this could be an issue at all. Celiacs beware!

My omelette was bland, watery, and expensive. It was also considerably spicy which worked for me but may be way too much for unsuspecting spice-sensitive diners. In the end, we paid over 40 € for two breakfast meals and drinks and did not feel like it was worth it at all. Would not...
