Okay, so Americans like their burgers. Let's see, if I am considered a senior and lived my life in America you might calculate the number of burgers that I have had may well be in the two or 300 range. That's a lot of burgers. And up until this trip the best burgers I've had, have been in America. However just recently I had what I thought was the best burger at the Uto Kulm restaurant at the top of Zurich. But this little Burger place here in Innsbrook ranks right up there with the best of the best. this abomination is a straight disrespect for any burger lover! the levels of wrongdoing and depths reached by this monstrosity are on another level! 18€ on pretty much wasted food that certainly could’ve easily been cooked better by a teenager tripping balls after a long rave at the sillschlucht!
a bone-dry brioche bun (probably the only thing able to withstand the masterpiece of engineering this was), a kilo of grated carrot and lettuce mixed with a liter of dressing, topped by a piece of meat as dry as the sahara and cheese as burned as a junkie’s crack pipe…all topped by bacon and a lake of bbq sauce…all of which was delivered as cold as your ex’s heart!

For starters, they only have an online menu but no wifi, brilliant. After a long drawn out process of the server being rude, we figured out that you must sit down and walk around a counter to read a wall menu. The food was mid at best, not the birria I have come to know and love in the US. As we tried to hurry and finish our lunch, we watched our server insult another tourist couple who were smart enough to get up and leave before ordering. The whole experience was more gimmick than substance, avoid...
