Was quite disappointed with this bubble tea after the great BBT I had down the street.
Tapioca was soft (you can bite through it in one gentle bite). It wasnt chewy or "bouncy" like what I'd consider "good boba/tapioca". The tapioca also didnt have the complex flavour of tapioca that's been cooked in brown sugar/molasses (even if other places had a seperate "brown sugar" variety, their basic tapioca had complexity to the flavour, which this place lacked). Suggest to cook less/smaller batches and in a brown sugar, or add a bit of molasses
The tea was also not great. Got the classic. It Tasted like whatever black tea (Tetley/Lipton) you made at home + white sugar + skim/2% milk. Didn't have the "richness" or complexity you'd typically expect of a good "original /classic milk tea".

The girl at the checkout was very rude.🚫
She misunderstood me and made me two teas. I said that I ordered only one tea and then she got mad, took the second tea and so roughly removed the tea.. twisted her face and showed that she was not satisfied.🧐
I walked there for 25 minutes from home because I liked the place and the atmosphere there.😇
I was uncomfortable with the girl's behavior at the cash register and my mood was spoiled.😏

Edit: As the owner has mentioned, we were only passing through Innsbruck. That said, the place is still definitely worth going to if you're looking for Milk Tea or Bubble Tea...
