At first glance, I was a bit skeptical – tables weren’t cleared, the interior felt rather bland, and the garden area looked a little chaotic and improvised. But that’s not what truly matters here: The real highlight is the patisserie! A true art form – a fusion of Austrian and Hungarian traditions with sophisticated French dessert craft.
The pastries are world-class, ranking among the very best in Salzburg (and beyond). We had a dreamy reinterpretation of a Sachertorte and an outstanding Topfenschnitte: both taste and presentation were absolutely on point!
It’s just a pity that the interior design doesn’t match the quality and creativity of the pastries. But maybe that makes the surprise even greater – because you’d never expect such excellence here. Definitely...

Hidden gem, friendly service inside a little garden to enjoy your coffee and sweets. The mohn and apricot cake was light and marvellous. Coffe was great. Unfortunately they have only oatmilk no lactosefrei milk - so I can not tell how does the coffe taste (as oatmilk/hafermilk has a strong flavour).
