The food is tasty but I have serious health concerns: while sitting at the table and eating I noticed that the employees repeatedly handle money and then (without washing their hands) handle food. And that's just one problem. For example they arrange the products in the casing, again without washing their hands, but also touching the products with their sweater and hair. Floors are filthy, employees put the products, eg a loaf of bread, on the same counter they use to arrange money, without previously disinfecting the counter and so on. In all fairness I have noticed this across Austria and the other customers don't seem to mind, but the fact that it is tacitly accepted doesn't make it less of an issue.

Employees do not speak English (aside from the 2-3 words necessary to discuss size of coffee).

Atmosphere is fine, cosy, so I guess if you have an exceptionally strong immune system and/or do not mind spending your hollyday on a toilet, you should...

Local cafe with a great spread of pastries! The owners were also really hospitable and service was great! The lady was patient in using English to explain what the different kinds of pastries were.

Not service oriented. Going there with my kids to buy some pastries. I tell that I want to dine in but got it take away. The cafe has many empy table but when my kids want to eat the pastries inside, the waitress asking us to go out (rudely) because I'm ordering it for take away. Agree with the other review that it is un-flexible but I think it's more not having service...
