I feel deceived by the misleading description of their 'Ramen.' Upon ordering, I was served Shin Ramyun with frozen seafood, a far cry from the authentic Tonkotsu or similar broth one would expect. The menu lacked clarity on this matter, and even the imagery was deliberately blurred. It's disheartening that they label this as 'ramen' without adhering to traditional standards. Disappointed with the experience.

Perfect spot for fast dinner even though we did not warn them that we were in a rush. We were running late to another occasion and had to grab a quick bite. Everything was served fast (despite at different times) and fresh. Some people commented on sushi but unfortunately I did not try sushi so cannot comment on it. The Aloha bowl was quite tasty ;)

The crispy duck ramen tasted as if it was just straight out of a packet. The duck was crispy but it was probably dunked into a deep fryer. The service was pretty shotty but you can't expect too much due to the language barrier. One person in my party received something other than what they had ordered but that was not too big of a deal. I'm not sure if its normal in Vienna for tips but standing there waiting for you to give them a tip while saying "service is not included in the bill" repeatedly is just bad customer service, especially after that performance.

The bibimbop was pretty good as well as the mixed seafood dish w/ baby octopus. The curry was a bit on the sweet side especially with chunks of pineapple in it.

Overall, I don't think i'll be returning here. Bad service and the food was not up to par. Maybe it was due to the fact that the place was ran by Koreans that the Korean food was better than the Japanese food there....

The owner of this business deserves a 5-star.

My phone is literally dying right after I finish ordering and I asked waitress if I’ll be able to pay right now since my phone is dying. I showed her battery life and I think she had a misunderstanding of me trying to ask them to charge my phone and she said no, but seems a bit confused so obviously not really saying no.

The owner saw us having a conversation and walked over, asked me if I need to pay right now and offered me to charge at their place. Absolute amazing service at a fast food place like this.

If you’re from UK and think this is a place like itsu or wasabi—it’s not. Lots of dishes are freshly cooked with decent portion, and believe me when I say this—it’s a lot better than wagamama.

Will come back again since college is right...

I give 2 stars only because my food ( rice with chicken) was not very bad. Unfortunately it was not too delicious either. My boyfriend ordered Ente Rahmen and barely ate it,it was so spicy, although that was not mentioned in the menu! He ate the same dish in another branches of Akakiko and there was much more delicious and well made. The stuff was unfriendly, barely let us in the restaurant, although there was more than an hour until closing time. Half an hour before closing, they stopped the music and the atmosphere became very weird. I advise you to go to another restaurant or just another...
