BURGER KING Wien Hauptbahnhof — Restaurant in Vienna

I never recommend this place. I don't usually leave reviews, but I leave reviews in the hope that more people don't avoid it. The female waiter here is really unkind. It was pretty unpleasant to see that some of the menu was closed when we went and the menu tv came back on after a while. I feel like I've been discriminated against. It is questionable why the headquarters is not coming here to inspect the Burger King's image. The price of the burger was not cheap at all, but the burger condition of the burger was cheap. I've never seen such a bad quality burger. I can proudly say that it is the worst burger of my life. I'll never go here again. If anyone is visiting here, I'd rather go to McDonald's. Visited a Burger King where a young lady was more interested in texting on her phone than attending to customers. After 2 min I called her cause I wanna order. Then, I politely requested that my order be packed for take-away. However, the same young lady carelessly tossed everything into a bag without handles. It felt like she was intentionally mocking me with that smile. Attempting to secure the bag myself, I realized there were no proper support cartons. Predictably, the outcome was disastrous. Horrible. I love burger king, but today I got the worse meal ever!! I ordered double Whopper menu.. they gave me already prepared food. Burger was cold and stiff. So as fries. She didn't even ask me what drink do I want, just started pouring Coke. 11.5 euros, wasted!! Or most expensive coke I ever had. Had to throw away the food, because once cold, really non-edible... I had to run for the train, and unfortunately did not had time to go back and ask for replacement. Stop serving cold food. For *uck sake, it's called fast food because it's prepared...
