No service at all. You can't change fries to potatoes wedges in the fish & chips box. But you can take the mix box even if you don't like shrimp. You get the same amount of fish, same amount of potatoes (instead of fries), just the shrimp extra for the very same price (which is way to high for what you get). Why not just let me change it since I could get it with more food for the same price??

I waited for the shop to open at 9:00 (as indicated on the window/website) so I could grab a sandwich before catching my train. At 9:03, the shop still hadn't opened, even though you could see employees at the back. A queue of people formed behind me and one of the clients knocked on the window to call a staff member.
