I love subway so much that it really bums me out to leave such a bad review, but I seriously think this subway location is beyond mediocre. I've been going to that specific Subway nearly a year now since it's near where I live, and nothing has improved despite the hundreds of complaints. The staff is unbelievably rude and unwelcoming, particularly one young lady and a curly-haired man that work there (I really advise to not eat there when they have a shift). They speak very dismissively to customers and prepare the sandwiches in a very unhygienic and haphazardly manner. The restaurant is almost always missing many ingredients, and it feels that they literally charge you whatever they feel like and not the price that's stated on the menu. The staff, apart from being unfriendly, close the store whenever they see fit, sometimes up to 2 hours before the official closing time stated in the restaurant. I don't want to be rude, but I honestly think that if the franchisee doesn't care about improving the quality of the service in the restaurant, everyone would be better off if the store closed, and the space was given to a business that does actually care about customer...
Read moreWorst service ever in Europe. The person at the counter was very rude. After ordering the food, I went to the counter to pay and after paying I asked for some tissue papers. The person pointed out to the box of tissues (which was empty). I told him that it was empty and the guy just nodded and gestured that he cant do anything. First I thought it was his lack of English skills, but he was talking to me in English while making the sub. Later in 5 minutes, a random local person walks to him and asks for a tissue, without even ordering food. And this guy at Subway, refills the empty box and gives him a few tissue papers. Is this rude behavior specific for tourists only?
@Subway, being an international brand, you should definitely look into this matter. I would definitely not recommend this...

No one said hello when they saw me arrive. I noticed that one woman after me gave up and left. Wish I had done the same.
I used to work at Subway, and I can say that I have never seen such bad service at any location. Especially where people are rushed to make their train in time. Also, the man who had been helping me switched off to help the person cleaning the oven again, and then it took like 10 minutes to get my sandwich made and to get it cashed out.
