I need to start with the fact that the burger was awesome. It took a while but we love the food here. Food was great, service was terrible. Vienna is rather notorious for its aloof waiters who strive to say as few words as possible. But it’s usually paired with efficiency, competence, and timely delivery. Unfortunately this particular restaurant has all of the negative service stereotypes and none of the positives. In the nearly two hours we were there, I was repeatedly stunned by the utter disinterest and cluelessness of the four front of house staff members. The crux of our issue was minimal: we had ordered sweet potato fries but were given regular fries that were also cold. All we wanted was for them to remove the cold fries and bring us warm sweet potato fries. That’s it! But we had to spend 20 minutes trying to get anyone’s attention. At one point, our waitress approached a table nearby that had been vacated for nearly an hour and was covered with dirty dishes. We sat there waving at her while she literally stared at the table. Then to our utter disbelief, she turned and walked away without noticing us nor taking any of the glasses with her. It was still dirty when we left. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and the tables were not cleaned. Children were misbehaving and screaming and staff did nothing. I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant and will not be coming back. I used the Neotaste app and booked the 2-for-1 Menu deal, which clearly states that you can order two menus of your choice, with the cheaper one being free. The menu with the options for this promotion are in the app and it includes burgers, so I ordered two burgers and two drinks.

However, when it was time to pay, I was told that I could not use the coupon because it was only valid for the “lunch or evening full set deal,” which includes a burger, fries, and a cocktail (this option by the way is not even in the app). Nowhere in the app does it state this restriction—the coupon is listed as valid from 11:00 to 23:00, and there is no mention that ordering just burgers would make it ineligible.

This is completely misleading and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. If a restaurant chooses to join a platform like Neotaste, they should be transparent and honor their own terms, instead of misleading customers at the last minute. This is disrespectful and dishonest. I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects...

We came here on our first day in the city, as it was close to our hotel and we wanted to have lunch before heading to the centre. Interior looked cool and spacious. They had lots of burger choices, and also veggie options. They have a meal deal at lunch for 6.5€ + burger price, which is quite good, cause it includes a side, a drink and a hot drink. The burgers were delicious, not greasy, high quality ingredients, tasted fresh and the bun was great too. We had one of the homemade ice teas and it was really good. They also have homemade sauces, I loved the orangey one! I'm not giving 5 stars because apparently they were quite busy and our food took way over 30 minutes to arrive, we lost quite a lot of time, as we wanted to head over the center.
