Café Pacassi — Restaurant in Vienna

I really liked the atmosphere, very cozy. Even took some picture and wanted to tag you on my Instagram. I needed to find some place to work and charge my laptop. I took the only place I found with the socket. The other two (the ones I noticed) were already occupied by other visitors. The table I have chosen was not cleaned but that was not a problem, really. All I needed is a socket and a cup of nice tea.

I worked and I was going to have lunch and just when I wanted to order I was basically told off for taking a table for three when I was alone. The cafe was almost empty!!! I decided to leave immediately.

Then I was told off again in a very very rude manner. If I was an owner of this place, I would fire this lady. This is not the way to talk to customers. Even if I was wrong or something, she could have told me or asked me to change the seat. But the cafe was empty!

I would give zero stars if I could and I wish I had read some of the previous reviews before we ate here but unfortunately we were just passing and walked in. The blonde lady that other people have referred to also served us and was the rudest person I have ever come across. I ordered the quiche and it was without a doubt gone off. I didn’t eat it and when I told the lady it was gone bad she barked at me and totally refused to listen to what I was saying insisting that it was perfect. With so many other good options of places to eat available AVOID...

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. As soon as we walked in, the waitress looked annoyed, as if we are inconveniencing her by coming in. My family sat down while I went to use the toilet and the waitress was so upset that I used the toilet before ordering. Once I got back to the table she asked me to pay a euro for the toilet before taking my order eventhough my family ordered coffee and I was about to order one too. She was so rude that we paid for the tasteless coffee and the ridiculous "toilet fee" and left...
