Staff unprofessional, has to be trained how to behave with customers and in their spare time, which in this quiet place they have plenty of. Food here is between fine to delicious, but desserts - a lottery, where the customer usually loses. Germknödel that came as a dessert to the main dish, for instance, were stale, hard and dry.
