I Got Scammed with a Labubu – and the Food Wasn’t Great Either

I came by on a Saturday right at opening time to ask if we could get something to eat. The woman there told me they were fully booked. Later that day, I came back because I couldn’t make a reservation online for the next day. To my surprise, the place was almost empty with only two tables occupied, which felt a bit odd, but fine. A very friendly man helped me make a reservation for the next day.

While there, I noticed a Labubu figure for what seemed like a good price and decided to buy one. However, when I opened it outside, I realized the packaging had already been opened before and was repacked. That felt dishonest. I didn’t bother going back because I’m not a hardcore collector — I just wanted one for fun.

The next day, we came to eat. The staff was friendly, and the fried sushi was actually really good — big portions and tasty. Unfortunately, the ramen and the rice bowl we ordered were disappointing: bland, lacking flavor, and just not exciting.

Overall, this place left me with mixed feelings. Friendly staff, but selling opened and repacked Labubu figures feels shady, and the food was hit or miss. Honestly, I...

Horrible service, we’ve (me and my friend) booked a table through google, arrived and the watress treated us so bad, we’ve asked for a table outside (all free) and she said not possible and after I’ve asked for the menu she said ‘we Don’t Have ALL YOU CAN EAT’?!? In a very rude way! We never asked for anything like that!! We just wanted to eat a normal healthy dinner and have a chill night. People attending the customers in this place have Zero empathy and seems they are only caring about the online orders. It was the worst experience i had. We left as we felt so bad and had dinner in the restaurant next door - Ramen, really nice place,...

As a person who likes asian food I can easily say that sushi was really low quality, the ramen options were OK but not the best ofc. The theme of the restaurant was good but they just wanted to hook one piece and Naruto fans just with their wallpapers, that's it, nothing special except the wallpapers. And Yes it was quite expensive compared to their food quality. The only positive thing was that they were really quick to serve. I'm sure you can find better ramen options in the city

P.s. the playlist was horrible, just fast-forwarded tiktok music, i guess they just want you to eat fast and...

Saw this place randomly on google maps and it was the first place we visited in Vienna. It's so cool and the vibe is great. We didn't have a reservation and arrived as soon as they opened. The food was okay, the ramen so and so (the portion is huge and can easily be shared) but the buns were very soft and very tasteful. The service was fast but we ordered fritz cola zero but ended up with the regular one, only to realize it too late so pay attention if you're diabetic. I recommend this place and hopefully we'll be back to try something new next time :)

Haven't been here since the renovation. It's crazy, while staring through the window for the street, I though they turned it into a vending machine store. But guess what, that is what the restaurant looks like. And you know what? The food actually got better! I had the orange chicken for lunch and boy was it tasty. The chicken was fried in fresh oil, not to sweet, not to salty, with fresh bell peppers and chives. And this comes from a non-anime/Japan fan. No hater, just no fan :)
