Grüner Kakadu — Restaurant in Vienna

It could easily be 5 stars if it wasn't for the waitress working at Friday night. I have been to so many countries, but this is the first time I have met such a rude and unwilling to help employee. Her behavior and her fake explanations left us with a bitter taste on our last night. It’s a pity. We were in a good mood to wait for a long time until a table was free, but as soon as that happened,other customers were seated who came much later than us. Maybe, if she doesn’t know you,she is ignoring you, or she just doesn’t know to work properly. I wasn’t surprised to read other complaints, in the comments, about the behavior of this particular person, I am impressed that they let one person spoil the image of an entire place. The moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with water as well as some freshly pressed juice (which was incredibly tasty) and snack pretzels, we then ordered cocktails for 13.90€ each (which is a rather common price for cocktails these days) and were extremely surprised as they were served with a bit of homemade food and decorated/served very extraordinary, they were also SUPER tasty and big (we could each only try one as it took a few hours to finish those😅). Throughout our stay we also got a shot just like that - not ordered. The whole time we feared that we would pay a fortune for all the extra, not ordered things we got - but to our surprise we really only had to pay the price for the cocktails. Incredible cocktail, one of the best I’ve been to. From the moment we walked in we were passed an aperitif whilst waiting to be seated. We were seated fairly quickly even though we were a walk in. The menu was extensive (although slightly dominated by juice based cocktails rather than spirit) every cocktail was reasonably priced for the cocktail and were of generous proportion. Even though the place was packed the staff were very attentive and showered us with side cars and gifts. The nature of the bar was closer to that of a kitchen rather than a bar with 1 man prepping the drinks and another “plating” (every drink served on a beautiful garnished plate). I would have loved to stay for more drinks but unfortunately I was with my parents who had early flights.
