I Ragazzi, Pizzeria - Ristorante — Restaurant in Vienna

I and my husband had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Italian restaurant in Vienna! The food was extraordinary – every dish was cooked to perfection, using fresh ingredients and authentic flavors that transported us straight to Italy. In particular, the Linguine alla salsiccia and Pizza Canarino were exceptional – the pasta was perfectly al dente, with a rich and flavorful truffle and garlic sauce, while the pizza had a crispy crust and the perfect combination of toppings.

Beyond the outstanding food, the service was just as remarkable. The waiters were incredibly friendly, attentive, and prompt, making us feel truly welcome. We didn’t have to wait long for the menu or for our food, and every detail was carefully taken care of.

Additionally, the atmosphere was absolutely delightful – intimate and cozy, making it perfect for a romantic dinner or a relaxing evening with friends and family. Everything contributed to an authentic and memorable dining experience.

We were treated so poorly. The food was excellent but I cannot recommend eating here unless you are Italian. They clearly dispise foreigners, which is interesting... We watched as the table next to us have a visit from the waiter 6 times before I had to just ask for the check. I had hoped for desert and a bottle of wine to finish the evening but the waiter had zero interest in speaking with us after dinner. I apologized for not being better customers and he just smiled awkwardly as he knew how he treated us. This was our second visit in three days and we had hoped the first visit was just a fluke but sadly not. The food was good enough to come back but the service is too terrible to overlook. I cannot in good faith...

I had a pizza there with five friends before Christmas. My choice was the Pizza Noci e Gorgonzola which is a "white" pizza with Gorgonzola , some other cheese and walnut I believe. The pizza was delicious and I would definitely recommend the restaurant for this pizza alone.

The place was however extremely busy and loud which was fair considering the time (Evening during Christmas Holidays). I just wish the staff was more conscious with the way they're wearing their masks. They were super friendly though and did check for our vaccination cards. The service was not particularly fast but we were six and the place was absolutely packed so I'm not holding this...
