Probably one of the best coffee places in terms of quality in Vienna. So the first star is deserved for their quality in coffee alone. Relatively good selection with the option for lactose free additive if desired. You I can also buy bags of their ground coffee to take home! Second star is price range - in my opinion a little pricey but given the average prices of coffee nowadays and the quality this place provides I think it's completely jutified. Third Star - its definitely worth mentioning that along with their coffee, their service is also great. The staff are always really friendly which in itself deserves a star. But they go the extra distance to engage with you in english if you,re not a native german speaker which i think always merits some credit. Und till now i havent seen any negative vibes from the staff! Happy staff = happy customers! Fourth star - just the little extras every time I go in for coffee, the occasional hi how are ya? this tiny cafe has some of the best coffee beans in vienna. They roast freshly and deliver to their cafes by bike from their roastery. The staff is very friendly and try to help with your needs as much as possible. This location has a nice 2 group marzocco and 3 or more grinders to grind for their machine as well as yours if you wish. They have all their beans from the webpage here for purchase and I recommend coming in person instead of ordering online. They have nice outside seating and some inside seating as well. Don't know about such terms as '3rd wave' and 'indie' that were used to describe this place. I only know that the coffee is excellent. Really. Great variety to choose from and great informed staff, to help you do so. They even grinded for me the right sort of coffee to make Turkish coffee at home. Having said that, I can't give five stars to the shop. Imo, it lacks an essential ingredient for enjoying my coffee, namely space, leisure, relaxed atmosphere and a plush sofa to sink into it.
