La Pausa — Restaurant in Vienna

Tried the place cause there are always massive queues outside. So i waited for 20min to get a Slice. I ate in, was sitting directly next to the cashier. I was still hungry after and asked if i could order another one or if i have to get into the queue again and wait another 20 minutes. I asked a young guy and he was really nice and wanted to give me another one without waiting again. But unfortunately his older really rude colleague saw it and said "what are you doing?" ... he said i have to order with him but then turned away to talk to the 20-min-queue again and completely ignored me... i looked at the younger guy, he looked at me.. we both didnt know what to make of that situation.. so i just left.

They are way too cocky because they have a lot of people waiting outside. Can't recommend. Won't come again.

Pizza is alright. There are much better places in Vienna. Try Disco Volante...

Walked in only to be ignored by the guy behind the pizzas on display, he was cleaning and mumbling something to himself (seemed frustrated), then I asked if I could be served (in German) and he told me to wait a while. After that a colleague came out and he said to him "WOHIN MIT DER SCH**E" (he was referring a freshly made pizza!!) and then disappeared. Shows how he thinks about their products and how unhappy he must be working there, why doesn't he just quit? Then more customers came in, they were served first by the second colleague, I had to complain to be noticed...I guess when your pizzas taste alright there is no need to be friendly and motivated anymore!! Shocking...

Pretty decent pizza 'sliceria' - serving a variety of pre-baked pizza slices. This type of establishment has never been my personal favourite as I prefer my pizza fresh - however I feel they do a good job here.

The pizza is thin and when reheated provides a nice crisp base and the few types I tried had a good amount of flavour. Prices are just on the slightly higher side of manageable (3.50 a slice) but the size and quality just about justifies it.

Good for a slice or two - not sure about a whole pizza though, which they do sell.

Limited indoor seating however you can grab a slice and ejoy them on the benches outside - or indeed munch as you...
