Me and my friends went to enjoy some asian food at the store before our dance class. One of my friends had bought some kimchi which happened to be spoiled, rotten and not eidble. It smelt like rotten eggs. Two of my friends tried it and they both got very bad stomache aches for the rest of the week. The rest of us just smelt us. As we told the staff she was very rude and was not giving my friend a refund. We spent half an hour arguing and still had not got the money back. Ridicolous. She said that the food had not expired but she does not know that food can expire a bit before the date or a bit after. It would have expired in 3 days but she did not buckle. We are under 18 so she knew us kids could not have really done anything to her or about it. As adults from the way we argued she would probably have given us that refund. At that point it was not about the money, it was about her admitting it was spoiled. She smelt the kimchi and made a big reaction but still said it smelt fine. After that we dumped the kimchi in front of the store outside and left. Loved the store and will still be going but only near the start of the day. That experience had me trembeling. So ridicolous and Annoying. Woman we argued with was asian medium to short height, skinny, in her 40s-50s and had a mole. She usually always works there when we come. This happened 2 weeks ago...

As their locations are located at main locations within Vienna (only one store at the Vienna main train station is missing ;)), always a good choice to grab a healthy bite to eat. Great value for quality and staff is always friendly! Never tried their warm bowls, but they also look very delicious. All in all - absolut...

While not being on par with the ones we got in Japan these were...
