Moby Dick - Cocktailbar & Eatery — Restaurant in Vienna

At first, I was a bit confused by the fact that we reserved a table for drinks and we were at the bar since usually (and with usually I mean when I was coming more often 4 years ago), we always have a table. But the waiter was super nice and he calmly explained everything to us without showing that he’s annoyed. He even offered us a complimentary shot to apologize for the inconvenience. As soon as a table was free, he offered it to us. I loved the cocktails. We had 5 in total. The quality was even better than I remembered from 4 years ago. Very inventive and special cocktails that one can’t find in other bars. I think that the innovation of Moby Dick’s cocktails, the quality and the expertise of the bartenders and the waiters is what sets it apart from other bars. Everybody is super welcoming and ready to talk to you. We had a lot of fun and we’ll try to come more often. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

I brought my boyfriend here on his birthday, to surprise him with some nice cocktails. Wasn't disappointed at all!

The place was crowded, but it was Saturday night: we were going to leave cause it was full, but we still managed to get two seats thanks to an exceptionally kind staff member who told us to wait a bit cause he saw two girls leaving. He was here for us all along, explaining the cocktails, advising us according to our preferences.

Stellar experience, great atmosphere. Traveling in Vienna for Christmas my husband and I stumbled upon MobyDick. It was the most pleasant surprise and a wonderful experience. A bar & restaurant that pairs cocktails (and extraordinarily good ones at that) with food offerings. Of course, you can order exactly what you want as well, but I highly recommend trying their suggestions. The food was not to be out-done by the cocktails either.
