WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I have been a customer of Nordsee for years and yesterday I went to this branch to have dinner with friends. While one of my friends was placing her order I asked the guy in this photo something he rudely replied "wait till I finish" I didn't want to make an issue so I didn't respond. Then I found him serving another customer not in her turn yet I didn't take any action. Then he started preparing my order and I paid him. He gave me the change in two twenties so I asked him politely if he can give me two tens and all of a sudden I was shocked by his rudeness, aggressive and kind of discriminating attitude. When I objected to his unaccepted manners he refused to serve me and told me to leave the restaurant. I refused to leave and sat with my friends who already ordered. Then I asked one of the waiters for his name to write a formal complaint she refused to give me his name. Later on we found him approaching us with a very aggressive and threatening attitude telling us to leave the restaurant. We refused and asked him to keep his distance . We finished the dinner and left and while leaving he mocked us. We were really surprised by his aggression which made us feel very insecure and wondered how come a respectful chain like Nordsee would hire a person who would ruin the chain name and reputation. A Disappointing Experience I recently had a truly terrible experience at this . The staff, particularly one individual, displayed an unacceptable level of unprofessionalism and rudeness. Not only were the portions significantly smaller than advertised, but the food itself was cold and of poor quality, especially the lobster. When I politely requested the correct portion size as shown on the menu, I was met with hostility and shouted at. The staff member then proceeded to verbally abuse another customer, demonstrating a complete lack of respect and customer service skills. This incident has left me deeply disappointed with Nordsee. It's disheartening to see such a well-known chain allow this type of behavior to occur. It’s a popular chain, but it really hits the spot when you’re touring and need a fast lunch. You order first at the counter, pay, and then grab a table – simple and efficient.
