I had an extremely disappointing experience at this establishment. The cleanliness, particularly in the restroom areas, was unacceptable. The overwhelming smell of urine and the unsanitary condition of the toilets created a highly uncomfortable environment.

Moreover, the customer service left much to be desired. The staff were rude, and instead of fostering a welcoming atmosphere, they were dismissive and unprofessional. One staff member was shouting at customers, comparing the situation to how things should be done "in Austria." This gave me the impression that there might be underlying issues of prejudice or discriminatory behavior, which made the experience even more unpleasant.

Additionally, when a dispute arose with another group of customers, the staff openly stated that those individuals were "loyal customers" and, therefore, felt compelled to take their side. This lack of impartiality was deeply concerning and further contributed to the hostile atmosphere.

A lovely little Irish pub tucked right in the heart of Vienna. It’s small and charming, with slightly crooked walls that only add to its old-world character. The atmosphere is warm and authentic, and the indoor decor is beautifully done—dim lighting, wooden surfaces, and just the right amount of detail to make it feel truly Irish. The bartender is actually from Ireland and brings a very genuine and friendly presence to the place. They serve a few beers on draft, including Guinness, Kilkenny, and a cider, though the selection isn’t huge. If you enjoy either of those beers, or are in the mood for a proper cider, it’s absolutely worth stopping by. What really stands out is their impressive whisky list, particularly if you’re into Irish or Scotch whiskies. You can usually order shots in 2CL or 4CL, which is great for tasting a few. I had a reservation with a group of friends, we were really looking forward to this evening and as we arrived we were told, that they don’t have any space. They didn’t even apologize and reacted indifferent when we were pointing out that we had a reservation… seemed like the bar tender didn’t care at all. Further, a men asked me to give him his number, so that he could call me if they had some space. As the bartender didn’t react to his offer, I believed him to be part of the staff - turned out he wasn’t but seems like everyone else - including the bartender - found this quite amusing.
