The taste of the food is not better than other Asian food courts while the attitude of their staffs sucks!!! I asked them about the rules of the buffet in the ground floor when I entered the restaurant, one young female staff told me that customers can choose whatever they want as long as the bowl they use can be covered by the lid! However, when I started to put the food into my bowl, they were staring at me and following me!!! I just took one big spoon of beef and onions and didn’t take carrots on purpose because I don’t like them. Then one old lady came to ask me to take more vegetables in a very rude way, that sounded like a command!!! Well, the fact was that in that big plate, there was only 7/8 pieces of beef there, the rest was carrots and onions, and I didn’t take all the beef!!!!!! The food looks like leftover from yesterday!!! Since I didn’t take the carrots, then I was treated rudely!!! OMG! How could I take the same amounts of meat and vegetables in one spoon at the same time???!!! Why didn’t you tell the customers this rule in advance???!!! Strongly NOT recommended! This was the worse experience of dining in an Asian food court...

From the moment we interacted with the staff, the atmosphere was tainted by rudeness and a lack of basic courtesy. What stood out most was the manager’s behavior, aggressive, dismissive, and frankly unprofessional. Hospitality is not only about serving food; it is also about creating a welcoming environment for guests, and this establishment failed in that regard.
The food itself was acceptable, neither extraordinary nor terrible. However, when service is marked by disrespect and hostility, it completely overshadows the dining experience. Restaurants exist in a competitive world, and the baseline expectation is that patrons are treated with decency. To be spoken to in such a manner by staff, and particularly by management, is unacceptable.
If you are considering visiting, know that while the menu may satisfy, the treatment you receive may leave you with a bitter taste. Until there is a serious change in attitude and professionalism, I cannot...
Read moreI visited the restaurant recently and had a disappointing experience with one of the staff members, who appeared to be the manager. I politely asked where I could dispose of a dish I didn’t enjoy. Whether I misspoke or not, his reaction was extremely aggressive and unprofessional. Instead of clarifying or helping, he responded with rudeness and took the plate from my hand in a hostile manner.
I understand that misunderstandings can happen, especially if English isn’t your first language — but I expect better treatment from someone in a managerial position. Hospitality should come with patience...
